The Woodside Lake membership renewal for 2025 is open and it is welcoming new homeowners in Woodside Estates who are interested in becoming members.

2025 Membership Fees

 

*Renewal membership fee is $550 

 

*Renewal Senior membership fee is $150

 

*New member initial fee $200 plus the $550 annual membership fee= $750

 

*New Senior member initial fee $200, plus $150 annual fee =$350

 

Please remember that volunteering and paying your fees on time are important for the maintenance and preservation of the lake. We look forward to receiving your membership application online to enjoy a fun season this 2025!
