Once we receive your email application request, we will email you the required application and disclosure forms to complete and return.
Dues payments will not be processed until the return of the application and disclosure forms. Payments can be made by check ( made out to Woodside Estates Corporation and mailed to Woodside Estates Corporation, PO Box 9361, McLean, VA 22192) or via PayPal ( payments to our account at woodside lake@gmail.com)
New applications will be accepted on a first come basis and continue until we reach maximum membership capacity
As of 3 April 2022, Please Note Change in Application Process: Due to a recent upgrade in our website’s platform, we were notified that online applications cannot be submitted online temporarily and previous applications submitted were not saved properly. Until the problem is fixed by the website platform company, please follow the Mail In Applications instructions. The application and disclosure forms must be completed, signed, and mailed to us at Woodside Estates Corporation,, PO Box 9361, McLean,VA 22102. Membership Payment can be made via our PayPal account (woodside lake @gmail.com ) or by check mail in.
